While every rental is unique, there are some standard rental fees that can be used as a guideline.
We require a $300 refundable security deposit to secure your date.
* For premium or specialty event types such as weddings, receptions, corporate, or private events pricing will be higher than shown above. Contact us for pricing!
Prices are negotiable based on event type (non-premium or specialty) less than the standard six (6) hour maximum. Standard rental fees can be billed hourly with at least a three (3) hour minimum.
(This time must include setup & cleanup time).
Grand Opening Special: Take $50 off the standard rate - or - $100 off the premium rate when booked with a $300 deposit (not applicable to hourly rates).
