Pricing Information

While every rental is unique, there are some standard rental fees that can be used as a guideline.

Rental Hall Prices (6 Hour Rental)

 We require a $300 security/ damage deposit to secure your date.  


  • Weekday     $500.00
  • Friday          $700.00*
  • Saturday     $850.00* 
  • Sunday        $700.00* 
  • Add'l hours  $100.00


*For premium or holiday events such as weddings, receptions, or corporate pricing will be higher than shown above.  Contact us for pricing!

Hourly Rate

Prices are flexible based on event type (excludes premium or holiday). Hourly rental fees can be billed  with a three (3) hour minimum at $125 per hour {this time must include your setup & cleanup time}

Current Deals

Book the same day as your tour and receive $50 off.  This offer is not to be combined with any other discounts.
